How the fish finder works
- Tank size hides fish whose minimum tank is bigger than yours. The minimum allows for adult size, swimming room and the group size they need.
- Temperature hides fish that can't live comfortably at that temperature. Most community tanks sit at 76–78°F. See the aquarium temperature guide.
- Must be safe with hides fish that eat small fish and shrimp, or nip long fins.
- A fish fitting on its own doesn't mean a mix of them fits. Check your full list in the stocking calculator, which adds up the load and checks tankmates.
